Another attempt at getting my elusive perfect shot of the coastguard cottages; I parked up at Hill Barn and wandered down the track to the coastguard cottages. Almost all the elements of my perfect shot were there - the warm glow of the setting sun, the harsh direct sunlight and the blue sky and the tide was in. The clouds still weren't perfect though; I have a very specific image in my head of how I want my 'perfect' picture of the coastguard cottages to look and I didn't quite manage it this time around. I did, however, come away with some nice pictures of Haven Brow and the mouth of the River Cuckmere.
